Neutral Space Relaxation® is a restorative body treatment. Using simple bodywork techniques, it enables deep relaxation and awareness encouraging balance to the body and mind.

Holistic Massage

Holistic Swedish Massage is a therapeutic body treatment. Using classical Swedish techniques, the approach aims to harmonise the body, mind and spirit and stimulate the body's natural healing processes offering a rejuvenating experience.
